First 3 are mine 1972 Impala, 1969-L & 1970-R Chevy C/10 pickups. The 4 bolt main 350 in the 1969 C/10 was built to shut down F-100s :cheerful:
The others are a few of the many I have from my Classic car & bike shoots.

My wife and I went to a Volkswagen meet today and had a fine time despite overcast skies. One of my favorite VW GTIs is the 2007 MK5 Fahrenheit Edition and I caught one there. I'm an old skool guy and so enjoyed seeing this one as delivered with the factory wheels, paint and stance. Just a beautiful car I think.

My favorite 1980 Honda Accord LX 5-Speed adjacent to a General Electric B23-7 at Catawba, SC in February '91. I'm not sure what became of the locomotive, but my Honda would soldier on for another year, sold at 195,000 Miles. [Kodachrome, Nikon 2020]

1963 Pontiac Le Mans Convertible

The 1963 Pontiac Lemans with a 326 cu. in. V8, 260hp engine was the precursor to the Pontiac GTO. Some folks say it was the first American muscle car. The Le Mans started out as a performance upgrade to the Pontiac Tempest but in 1963 it became a separate product line. I saw this one yesterday at an informal car show. It has the optional floor mounted 3 speed manual transmission.

In 1964, the Le Mans was offered with the GTO performance package that included a 389 cu. in. V8. The rest, as they say, is history. At the same informal show, I also saw this '67 GTO.
