Canuck257, when you have an incident like that again, what you need is FastStone Capture. It's a great program. You can use a freehand rectangle or circle to capture as much of a screen

as you want. It's small on your HD, and causes no problems.

FastStone also has a photo resizer and a photo editor.

Well, I tried everything I could think of to fix this with no luck, so I shut it down and had a beer. Started the laptop again two hours later and the parrots have gone. Darn Gremlins!!! let's hope they stay gone.

Uninstall Firefox and reinstall it.
