Nikon 70-300 vr vs Tamron 70-300 vc

Should I buy Tamron or nikkor !?

after read this Topic
I decided to go for tamron
sheaper , sharper , and good lens also

Hello, I have a question ive checked the reviews and all and now Im wondering is the lens also good enough to use on a safari tour in Africa? I will be taking the pictures out of the car and most animals come close but lets say there are some lions a bit far away is this lens still good or would i need something bigger like the sigma 150-500mm? or is 300mm good enough?

Also whats best for a beginner Tamron 70-300mm or nikon 70-300mm?

In wildlife and birding the bigger the better !!
Both lenses are equally good.Have used Nikons VR version.Liked it stellar glass.In good light its superb
Have also heard good things about the Tamron 70-300VC
