L-Bracket

How many of you guys use an L-Bracket?
Im looking for an L-Bracket compatible with Manfrotto plates
Any heads-up will be much appreciated

I've been researching them too. Is there an L bracket made for manfrotto plate?
The ones I've looked at are:
Really right stuff
Kirk enterprise
Benro

I think they are mainly made for ARCA swiss(I could be wrong). I have a Kirk base plate and underneath there is a hole to manually mount a tripod plate if you do not have an ARCA swiss ballhead

I did consider the Manfrotto but I prefer the skeleton type bracket like the one made by RRS.
