jwstl is correct, WB is meaningless to a RAW file. However, WB is very meaningful when it comes to the jpg file that is being produced by your on-camera display. And it is this jpg image that your histogram read-out is based on. So if you're using your histogram to judge your exposure (and you should be using your histogram to judge your exposures) then you will be mislead if your WB is out of whack.
