Naw, but I WANT one! My thing is smoked salmon. I can make it taste like slow cured ham.

My wife hates salmon but loves my smoked salmon.

I too make a killer Salmon LOX.Cold smoked
Yes sir,that's ice and smoke coming up through it.
I use 2hrs Maple,2hrs Cherry and 2hrs Apple.I also smoke eggs cheese and salt with the Salmon.
