What kind of boat is that?

It is just a canal boat but I found out that someone lives in it on a permanent basis. Hence the reason it has been decorated with Halloween items and flowers.
Don't fancy it myself as it must get pretty miserable in the winter not to mention the lack of space.

You would definitely have a warm coat, a good heater and be a minimalist and based on the last item I would never qualify, .
