So I take pictures of rugs on walls for work and upload them online, but lately the left side of the rugs will have this blur/chromatic aberration look to it while the other ride side will look crisp and nice. I have tried adding more light, changing the aperture, sensitivity, using a tripod, and while some progress has been made it still remains there. I think I need a new lens? I'm obviously noob and use the standard Nikkor 28-105mm lens but I was thinking maybe about the 18-55mm lens or a smaller wide angel lens? Any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated thanks! To get an idea here is a link to a pic of what i'm talking about. It's not super blurry but it's still obvious enough and annoying to notice. http://www.dvinfo.net/forum/attachments/alternative-imaging-methods/6155d1202587709t-can-you-spot-chromatic-aberration-crazy35mmbrandon.jpg
