Do you own a D800/D800E?

I love my D800E, but I have heard very little from other owners on this awesome model! Even the D800/D800E photo thread is getting very little attention, and lately mostly my test shots and a few flowers! Is the D800/D800E fans dying out/changing out to other models now?
Hey lets hear from D800/D800E fans, those still happy with this awesome Nikon model!!! :D

Hey post your favorite D800/D800E shot here! :D
Here is one of mine!

Happy with my 800. I don't use it enough at the moment, but I can't see a reason to change it as it does more than I can. This is a selfie I did with mine the other night.

I like my D800 but sorry to say it's taken a backseat backup status, my D810 is just so much more quiet, and I am shooting the heck out of it.

All three of my DSLRs are so new to me, it makes for a hard choice on which one to take out! Lol The D7100 has the reach and is the newest one for me! The D700 is just strait out fun to use and postprocessing for! But my D800E is the cream of the crop in abilities, and I find myself using it most despite the huge files! Lol :D

I guess if I took a lot of wildlife shots with it, I might notice the louder shutter noise too! Lol But my photos right now are too close to home for much wildlife shots! It does very well for macro and flowers, even with my less than expert abilities in control of this awesome piece of equipment! Lol ;)

The Tamron 28-300mm VC-PZD what ever lens,
The nikon 28-300mm VR,
The Sigma 150-600mm
The Nikon 300mmf/4 with a 1.4 TC
The new Nikon 200-500mm

Would hate to see your long list :D

If you would be happy with just very close images then the 300 Nikon could be good, then the 1.4 would make it dual use but i remember you saying you hate cropping, which 420mm on FX could be needed for bird shots.

I don't hate some cropping,(always doing some) . It is the overly cropped image that I don't care for.

Sorry @Bill16 for hijacking your thread. We will stop now.:)
