Can I make a panorama?

I have searched the manual, but can't find how to do a panorama. I am sure I saw it once, but I can't find it now!

You can't find it because it's not there.

Yep. "Easy Panorama" is a Coolpix feature.

Take a photo, move the camera a little to the left or right, take another shot, etc..., then stitch them together. Photos should have overlapping points.

Thank you. I thought panorama mode would be quicker, but this is a much better idea!

As a general rule, post-processing gives you far more options and better results than in-camera.
