Got the new toy Friday and have been able to play with it a bit, it has been pretty busy with Pat and doctors and such. But what I have been able to fiddle with it I really do like it.
I walked Jersey Girl. She does not care for the camera, and tonight we went out to dinner after a doctor visit. It was a nice break.
This is just an attitude.
The date is wrong on this one but it has been fixed.

Well, I wanted to get a photo of Pat today so I just took the photo with a higher ISO than I was comfortable with. I now have a higher comfort level. Also Pretty happy with the in-body VR. I do not have the steadiest hand but it seems to make it appear that I am pretty study.
By the way... Pat's surgical wound is almost completely healed. Wound Clinic was amazed today... I just mentioned that it was answered prayers. Her memory is still pretty shaky, but we go to the neurologist Thursday. I think she is getting better. I am just praying for continued improvement. I am anxious to hear what the latest MRI revealed. But no matter what she is feeling better and this smile is a natural smile. God is good.

You are so right @Daz. I am blown away at the low light and In-Body Stabilization. I have taken a lot of just test shots fiddling around at much higher ISO and much slower shutter speeds and I am amazed. I took some shots with my Tamron 70-200 f2.8 G2 just fooling around @200 mm and shutter speeds in the 1/50 and no shake.
Now that Pat is getting a bit better and the weather is starting to turn I am anxious to get out and take some photos.Daz Thanks/liked this post

Hi Danno, i'm thinking about the Z6. Would you recommend the 24- 70 f4 lens that can be bundled with? and why? If not, why? Some good pre-holiday deals on now.
Thanks so much for your time!

I bought mine with the 24-70 f4 and I really like this lens. It is sharp and with the IBIS and amazing low light performance I am happy with the f4. The only reason I would not buy it is if I intended to buy the 24-70 f2.8 or preferred primes.
I am invested in the Z system. Based on the 24-70 f4 I have decided to work my way out of my F mount lenses. I also have purchased the 50 and 85 1.8 S lenses. I have the FTZ to manage my 14-24 f2.8 and my 200-500. I am thinking hard about the 14-30 f4 S.
I wish you well in purchasing the Z6. I think it will surprise you.jasbury Thanks/liked this post
