First time with Z50 and Sigma 100-400

First time with Z50 and Sigma 100-400
Had a quick session with the new set up, looks promising obviously the AF is not up to D500 ability but who expects it would be.

Got myself in a bit of a mix, keeping the right amount of zoom and focus point in the right place, need to practice a bit more.

Up to now ime not overly impressed with the 100-400, i do have some tuning i can do though, i have the focus set to fast which Sigma say can be less accurate, i shot everything wide open,i can check AF fine tune as i tend to use AFC all the time, there was something else but i forget things sometimes it will come back.
Just remembered go back onto single point focus.

I was wondering if the lens might be more the culprit than AF. I had a sigma art series lens years ago and the adjusting for accuracy drove me nuts. Loved the lens when it was dialed in, but life is too short....,
