I met a friend

When I was out the other day I was along a crick looking to get a clear shot of a blue heron. I was looking through the trees and then there he was. (Or her.) It stayed totally still. I took a few shots and as I turned to leave it scampered down the tree and was gone. I was starting to think it was dead it was so still. LOL

It's a groundhog. But some people also call them woodchucks.

At least it was not groundhog day or we would have another 6 weeks of winter.

I don't know. Maybe a early winter. But I sure do not want that. I want no winter.

The real question is, How much wood could a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood?
