Post your alligator/crocodile photos

There is something truly fascinating about the American alligator or the species of crocodiles. They have changed little in the last 7+ million years and are usually the alpha predators of their habitats. Their primary predators are only larger alligators or crocodiles. When you see an alligator you are truly looking back in time at a living dinosaur. Since I have been in Gainesville, FL I have had many opportunities to photograph these amazing animals. Share your photos of these magnificent reptiles!

Snowy Egret................now you see it.............splash.............now you don't. The Circle B Bar Preserve outside of Lakeland, FL

I don't think it even knew what hit it. This was an 8+ footer that got this adult Snowy. I got some of the splash on me even as far away as I was. Hey, alligators have to eat too!!
