Looks like a Little Blue Heron to me, but I'm no bird expert.

....

You guys right is Blue Heron, I am trying to build my portfolio so I might post bird pics in the future to help me identify them. Thanks a lot.

If you have tricolored herons in Columbia , and not a look-a-like , thats what it appears to be ( white spotting along underside of neck) the folks at Whatbird are excellent ( as Marilynne suggested ,and I agree) and you may likely find a south american bird expert for birds of that region.
Of course some from up here also are down there, but one is better off knowing what other local possibilities or names may cause confusion.
