Very nice!!

I have two I took at the weekend with my D7000 & Tamron 70-300mm on marco switch at the local safari park:

And two snaps I took whilest working in New Mexico way back in 2009 - with a 2.1mp Nokia camera phone!! - Just some pics I remember came out well. Probably have more Moths and butterflys hidden in my archives.

Not sure what any of them are other than two B.flys and a moth.. :rolleyes:

Got real lucky w/ this one, on a fairly warm and windless day. Plus shooting it w/ a 35 lol

This guy landed this morning while I was taking the dog out. Wish I didn't have the red zones but B&W takes care of that. This is a white admiral butterfly. We have a lot of them around here during this time of year. Amazingly, this was not taken with a macro lens, but with my 55-200mm non-VR zoom, set at 200mm. I also used my D3000, ISO 200, f/8, and 1/640sec.

I like the color version better. To me, the red line helps highlight the red in the wings.
