For what I think is a more then reasonable price...

What would be a fair price for a Nikon 12-24 f4 DX, Nikon 10.5 f2.8 DX fisheye , Nikon 50mm 1.4

A sticky aperture lever, fungus, damaged front and rear coatings, scratched front and rear elements, delamination, and broken AFS motors. One or two lenses could also get oil on the aperture blades.
