I do want it noted for the record that I thought Nestor Stura's B&W water wheel picture was far superior to mine, technically and aesthetically. Shame he didn't get it in on time.

Nestor's submission was definitely ahead of the cutoff. However, when posting so close to the end of the time frame, sometimes people don't go back and vote.

Personally I thought it was an excellent image, but because the topic was for Wheels (plural), it didn't quite fulfill my expectations to get my like. When it comes to these challenges that specifically state a subject as plural or singular, I always try to take that into consideration. And in this case, that was the ONLY reason why I couldn't bring myself to like that photo. Otherwise, it's a terrific image! :encouragement:
