HD Video question

Hi All,

New member and first post :D

I have just purchased my first DSLR - the d3200 and when playing around with the set up have noticed my HD vidio options only include 1920 x 1080 at 25 and 24 frames per second - there is no 30 frame per second option.

has anyone else encountered this? Would it be a set up issue or card issue?

It looks more of a set-up issue. Read your manual. Settings are normally accessed on the video menu.

Your camera should be capable of these settings.
Movie
HD 1,920x1,080 / 30 fps
HD 1,920x1,080 / 25 fps
HD 1,920x1,080 / 24 fps
HD 1,280x720 / 60 fps
HD 1,280x720 / 50 fps
VGA 640x424 / 30 fps
VGA 640x424 / 25 fps
