Tamron Zoom Telephoto AF 200-400mm f/5.6

I'm very dubious about this lenses. I found a couple for a decent price. The reviews are "ok" Anyone here tried one first hand?

The results i have seen have been ok,but if your in the position to actually buy a lens i would go for something better than ok.the D7100 deserves it.

I found a lightly used 150-500 as well. That might be a better way to go.

If its the sigma 150-500 with OS it defiantly would be,i would not buy the early one with out OS though because OS works so well and it can be a pain working on a tripod all the time.

It's an early one. I think I'll pass. I woke up this morning with a terrible case of NAS. Must buy another lenses.....
