Nikon 80-200mm f/2.8 AF-D Nikkor ED

Is this something worth getting at around $650. I used to own the 70-200mm f/2.8 VRII before I lost my mind so looking at building my range again.

Hi Belo,
I have one of these lenses - bought it "used" for $625 Au ... it's a lovely bit of glass - quite heavy but sharp as a tack, I'm enjoying it very much.

Hi Oldsalt, its still lighter than the 70-200 2.8 so no real issue for me. Think i will bite the bullet and meet up with the guy today or tomorrow and check it out.
