mm,, I use special cans of air (making sure it puts out no oils/water), to have that blast of air, most camera stores carry this stuff,
Also, well, I take extra extra care changing lens, always held down, and downwind, fast as possible, essentially doing everything to mimimizing dust, and well, have just about never get any dust or dirt in my SLRs.
Every year or so, I drop the camera and pay for a full professional cleaning. I hold off on this, until I get some stubborn spots that are showing up on my images. But, again, with careful lens transfer, this problem takes a while for it to occur (plus,, better now with the built in dust remover shaker).
