I was in Rome this weekend and as a spur-of-the-moment thing I attempted a timelapse at the Colosseum. Putting aside that I haven't read the bit in the manual about how to use the intervalometer on the D300s or that my travel tripod may as well be made of dried spaghetti, it hasn't turned out too bad.
It's only 11 seconds long because as I said, I haven't read about how to use the intervalometer on my camera so for some reason, I had to restart the process every 9 shots because apparently I didn't set it up properly, so it also has a couple of minor jumps.
Anyway, turn the quality up to 720p, enjoy and comment if you feel like it!
