yes you are right its in the retouch menu ( LHS looks like a paint brush and pad)its called colour sketch in the menu

Who ever took that video needs a tripod! I was getting wobbly from all that movement.
See #5 above (color blue selected). Is that what you want? If so, please check your manual under SPECIAL EFFECTS, SELECTIVE COLOR. Step by step instructions are on page 59 in my D5100 softcover user manual. If you don't have a manual see #2.

I am a total newbie and it took me about 30 seconds to find this in the manual, page 163 & 164.
