D5000 stuck pixel

How much would you pay for a D5000 that has a stuck pixel? Looking at buying this as a camera for work. The owner says it only show when you shoot in JPEG and not it RAW. Thanks for any input.

Personally, I wouldn't buy it. It will just lead to more trouble down the road. Stuck pixels on an LCD screen can be fixed. Dead pixels on a sensor is another story. Not all can be fixed, but some can. It's a crap shoot at best. Anyway....it's your money, so your choice on what to do. Good luck.

Here in Saipan,to have the D5000 stuck pixel fit or repair- will cost you around $125.00 parts and labor, If the Camera w/lens is $400.00 try buying 1/2 the price.

The person is asking 200 and it has less than 7100 actuations. The dead pixel is on the sensor.

With that amount of actuations,try to persuade him for $175.00 - You like the D5000 for a quick fix at Nikon.Good luck
