Thanks Rick. I had the aperture ring between 11 and 16 (maybe 14??) - it's a MF lens and i did not count the clicks when i went past 11. ISO is 800 and shutter is 1/60. I have the lens mounted on my D80. Settings are easier to adjust quickly as opposed to my D5100.
