Excellent stuff! Some of the color you are getting is great...has to be the light!

Landscape is a whole totally different ballgame than the stuff I like to do but it is still fascinating to me.

Friedmud that D600 sensor is the cream of the 35mm crop in sensors sir...that camera will become a cult classic.

GOING TO THE SUN ROAD STARTS OFF INNOCENT ENOUGH ALONG LAKE McDONALD. 32 MILES FROM WEST ENTRANCE TO LOGAN PASS VISITORS CENTER. LOOK TO THE RIDGE LINE LEFT OF THE SECOND MT IN FROM RIGHT SIDE, APPROXIMATE LOCATION OF LOGAN PASS VISITORS CENTER. GOING FROM 3000 FT (LAKE) TO 6600 FT LOGAN PASS.
MOST OF THE ELEVATION IS IN THE LAST 8-10 MILES.
