Is it possible, or would it be possible to make the changing of thread vote/rating allowed?
Currently, once you vote on a thread, that 'star' level remains fixed for you and you cannot change it.
I for one have found a few threads that are not so useful when they first appeared... but a few weeks/months later are very useful.
For that reason, a thread may have for example have been given a lower rating, but with the later usefulness I would prefer to 'up' that rating accordingly
