Nice scene but why f32?

Edit: never mind, I think you didn't use or have a ND filter to get the effect that you wanted with the fountain.

This was especially challenging because it was taken right into the sun (and the bright reflection on the water). I needed 2 filters and the high f stop to get the long exposure.
