ABN Panzer's 365

Finally home and with my camera.
Figured I'd start one of these 365 threads to force myself into taking pictures and geting better.

While I have been experimenting I am still predominately in Auto mode... I'll break out soon though.

So here is my 1st

Just a quick grab from a small part of the wife's rock/mineral/gem collection.
Between her and my daughters and our rock-hounding trips... I think I have a ton of this stuff sitting in the garage.

My youngest learning to write her name.
Slight blur and tone control added with Topaz B&W.

Its very pretty but I have got to question the nutritional value!

Well,
I am clearly not holding up my end of the bargain on this thread...
Thought I would have more time. Especially given the recent return from the deployment.

Current world events are pacing my 'intended photo time' and I will simply have to update this as I get a chance.
But hopefully will get the girls out to the Pumpkin patch and corn maze tomorrow and have something worthwhile to show for that.
