Nice photo! I wish I could find an old homestead like this one and after shooting it every which way take some of the better planks of wood and make a table out of it. Assuming, of course, that it was okay. I've seen some amazingly beautiful tables and desks made from old weathered wood and would love to have one myself

Too bad you're so far away. I have a lot of that kind of gray,weathered boards from sheds that have gone down. A lot of picture frames made also. When I shot this place I had a limited time as the clouds had already taken over most of the sky.
