Filters stuck

I have a UV filter and a Cir P filter that I cannot seperate, any suggestions.

The internet can be a wonderful place. Found a site that suggested using ty wraps, and it worked.
You need very small narrow ty wraps (2 worked for me) that just fit the knurls. I also used a rubber
pad to hold the other filter to keep it from slipping. There are tools for this if you have the time and
know what to order.

Another way would be to run them, edge on, under the hot tap, as this helps expand the metal. They're usually alloy, so they'll heat up quick, and be much easier to seperate.

If that fails, then your zip tie idea is pretty damn good
