Combining multiple exposure in camera

Myth

Its me again..with another question and answer i am not able to find in the manual. Does d5100 have in built camera feature that can combine same shots taken with multiple exposure, bkt or ADL. I know there is a HDR feature but is there other function to do similar more than 3 stops. I read all other old nikon dslr have this in built feature. Can you confirm?

you also can do multi exposure, but you have to turn it on in camera mode, set number of exposures, and good for only one time, I wish Nikon allowed you to turn on multi exposure, and leave on, until turned off. But that type of multiexposure is not done too often, and just a left over function from film days.

speaking of film days, I once had a camera that did not advance the film, but only the number, so I shout a 12 shot roll all on the 1st frame, sure was a funky shot.
