Yes it is a photo. It is mirrored and I used Photoshop, Paintshop, and Picassa. In what order and steps are unknown. I couldn't repeat it. The entire process is forgotten. It was just try this, try that, and voila. These types of projects end up unique and one of a kind. Like I said, it was a fun thing, and I enjoy the creation.

The final project ended up as this 20X30.....
