Which one should I keep. I want to sell one now and save prolly for a 12-24mm lense. I have the kit lense and a 55-200 Vr. I want a good wide angle lense but cant afford it right now. So I sell one of the 2 in the title and save. Also what 12-24 lense is the best I have about $500 now but I know good ones new are around $1000. Please give me advice!

The Tokina cant realy be beaten 12-24 F4. Its a corker and prob just about within your limit :)
It has stunning performance !
As for which to keep.... I would have to say whichever you have used the most :)

I like the old school 24mm manual its great but we all have to upgrade one day. Its the one I use the most out of all my lenses.

The 24/2.8 is a rather famous street lens...one thing is for sure if you sell it is gonna bring a little chili despite it's age...with the 12-24 lens to be bought one day I think I would consider keeping the 35 just because you'll have 24 covered...
