I have a little problem about my next prime. Now,i've got 35 f1.8 g with my D90, and i really need 85mm for my street and snap shots. But it was really hard choice for me. 85mm f/1.8 G or sigma 85 1.4 (secondhand)

Please help me :)

I'd take the Nikon any day. But I did get the Rokinon 85 1,4. Manual focus, but sharp as a tack and nice bokeh.

Value wise I would get the Nikon 85mm f1.8G.

I have the Sigma 85mm f1.4G and I love the creaminess of the bokeh. Just a personal preference. If I didn't have an 85mm yet, I would get the Nikon for practical reasons. However, after owning the Sigma, my copy is just something that I would keep. It has a unique character that I like about it.

My Ministry of Finance taken with the Sigma 85mm f1.4 HSM and D7000

The only thing I don't like about the G lenses is the lack of an aperture ring. Does the Sigma have the ring?

No aperture ring either Jeff. You can get the Rokinon or Samyang lenses which has the aperture rings for your film body. They have a variety of fast lenses now for Nikon F mount such as the 24mm f1.4, 35mm f1.4 and 85mm f1.4 from amazon.com.
