I'm a noob with a used D80, and I'm ready to move up to a D7K. I have a number of older lenses that have front or rear focus issues; only my 18-55 Nikon VR kit lens has it spot on. Does this camera have the ability to remember focus offset settings for each lens? I can't find such information on the Nikon web site.
Does the D7000 have lens correction?

I believe you are referring to the feature known as "AF Fine Tune". This will help correct lens back or front focusing. The D7000 will store focus "offsets" for up to 12 lenses. Please refer to page 246 of the D7000 manual (reproduced below).
