Problem Posting

I have noticed there is an issue with editing posts once they are made.

Here is what I have done:

• I have made a post.
• Uploaded images.
• went back and edited Text.
• Uploaded more images to the same post.

A few things happen:

1) the image does not post to where the cursor is
2) the text all becomes one big block losing format
3) at times, the image won't post

Looks like a bug or glich to me as it has happened in different folders in different posts.

Might be worth looking into.

what browser are you using? have you tried using the source editor (the A in the upper left)?

I am a MAC user.

I use a MacBook.

Mac OSX 10.6.8

Safari 5.1.5

Source editor A??

Not on the Mac that I know of.

Note, this is a new phenomena to me. I have not experienced this before except the last day or so.

I asked about the browser because I experience similar issues with Chrome, which uses some of the same mechanisms as Safari.

The A I'm talking about is in the top left of every editor window. When you click it you'll see the BB code that makes up a post.

I believe some of these bugs are resolved with the latest version of vBulletin which I've been preparing to upgrade the site to.

I don't see the A but that may be my fault. I don't ever do any internet editing so I may not be looking in the right place.

I will wait to see and let you know if I am still having issues.
