DSLR camera

I was looking into a 3100 or possibly a Sony a35. I was wondering, if for taking pictures of architecture, I could get something maybe a little better, or since I'm taking pictures of something so specialized I'd be better off just spending money on a nice wide angle lens?

I wouldn't even bother with the 3100. The new 3200 is coming out. Or look at getting a decent used D300 or D700 with a nice wide angle like the Tokina 11-16

Ok sounds good. I got a Nikon S6200 for scouting areas to photograph that does well but I needed something alot nicer than it too lol
