Walmart photo editing software

Does anyone know what photo editing software that Picture Me uses?

Most of those places use a proprietary software. Nothing off the shelf. I worked for CPI PhotoFinish that owned the SEARS portrait studios and I did get to see their software a couple of times. Was their something that it does that you liked? PhotoShop has picture packages built into it that is pretty neat. All sorts of options there

Not just the packaging, but to make collages and stuff like that.

You can make simple collages in picasa. I do my family work on picasa they turn out great every time fast and easy with out all the layer headache.

Do they have templates and stuff as well?

I use express digital software

The have a download for their "Photo Manager" available HERE, down at the bottom of the page, but I don't know if it's exactly what you're looking for or not...
