No doubt it is new... however in that particular case it's a day too late... It only works on the very same day, after it's expired! He he!

From what I have heard so far the D-800 is for landscapes but to slow for anything else.I heard there are new cards coming out basically for that camera and they are really expensive.It sounds like a graeat camera but I think I will stay with my D-300 and D-700.
