Image from 60mm F/2.8D micro Nikkor lens

I like the idea of a database with images from different lenses, so here's an image from a 60mm F/2.8D Micro Nikkor lens.

Thanks James. This micro gets some crazy resolution. I picked it up from a wedding photographer who bought it about a year ago with the idea of taking photos of the ring, etc., but turned out she didn't use it much at all so she sold it to me at a great price. I had planned on flipping it since I already have the 105mm 2.8D but I think I'm going to keep the 60mm and sell the 105mm. The nice thing is both the 60mm and the 105mm are built like tanks! Solid metal and both have a sticker on the side the says "Made in Japan".

Btw, the first shot is just a crop of the larger photo and it was a held held image.

It will be interesting to see if FX improves it noticeably...I'm sure it will in some regard but I don't really see how the human eye could tell the difference...but hey I'm just a weekend warrior! WTFDIK!
