Isn't this a great photo? I found it while going thru a large box of my mom's old photos. I can stare at this photo for hours. It would be nice to think someday one of my photos reaches out thru time like this one has.

I have a similar one of my great great grandpa and great great grandma on their wedding day in 1890 taken in dusty old backwoods Ft Smith Arkansas that was sent to me by an ancient old lady I met on the internet while doing genealogical research who is/was related to me...she sent me a hand full of other shots too...when I took them to the family reunion I made all of my grandpas brothers and sisters that are still left cry...they hadn't seen a photo of THEIR grand parents since they were little...back then photographs were very very precious and somewhat rare to poor sharecropper farmers in Oklahoma...
