24-70 First Shot

Well, here's my first serious shot with my new 24-70mm lens. Wilbur is always available so he became the volunteer. ISO 400, F/2.8, 1/250" I like it!

Did you cut his profile out with Photoshop and put a different background on? It almost looks like the hat area has the evil purple fringing, not something I would expect from this lens.

Good eye Dave. It doesn't look like PF to me but rather as you suggested - some Photoshop cutting and pasting! :) (of course as always I stand to be corrected)

That's really pretty cool. How about using a reflector just to bounce some spark back up into the eyes? Good though and a great character capture!
