C Carolina Photo Guy Senior Member Feb 27, 2012 #2 I think that is a 1903 Laffly Steamroller. It is in need of a restoration because its missing the fuel tender and the upright smoke stack. The bullet hole in the side of the boiler ain't gonna be a big help either! Nice shot!

B bnkrupt New member Feb 27, 2012 #3 I have some more pictures of it. I will look at them to see if there is some type of id plate. I have a critique question right quick. Does the color look over cooked? This is my first image that I have ran through Photomatix.

You could always "tweak" the photomatix result to improve contrast or un-saturate a certain color when the need arises.
