Flash

Hey Guys,

Advice on the best flash I can get for the money. I sometimes shoot weddings and am looking to do some indoor lifestyle photography, Looking into SB 700 per previous advice but wondering if its better than 800 or 900.

Also, how do you feel about used or referbed flashes?

Better than? That's a relative term, really. It boils down to what you want to use it for. If, like you say, you want to use a flash for a lot of weddings, then go for a more robust model, like the 910 (newer than the 900). But for the money and ease of use.....really, the SB-700 will serve you admirably.

As to refurbished....my opinion would be if it's refurbished by Nikon, then you're good to go. I personally would go for new, as you get the warranty factor.
Refurbished just means the unit has been restored to original factory specs.
