D200 Colour Mode Query

Which colour mode should i use?
I need to use sRGB as that is what the 2 pro labs i deal with want sent to them.

When taking pics should i use mode I or III ?
I take mostly landscapes and weddings. Would III for landscape and I for weddings/portraits be about right ?

I use Color Mode III for everything. Your preferences may vary. Use what works for you. Experiment and see what you like best.

I have found I for landscape means i am doing a lot of increasing colour saturation in Post.
I will try III for a while and see if its better.
