Nike D850 Pre White Balance Not Working?

Hi,

I have followed all the instructions in the manual to set up a PRE (Preset Manual) white balance. However, when I get to the "Pre" and then release the WB button and press it again, the "Pre" in the small panel display does not flash, no matter how long I hold the WB button. Anyone know what is wrong? Thanks in advance.
