I purchased a D7500 Kit (camera, 18-55mm & 70-300mm lens, batteries, memory card, etc.) from Costco several days ago. Then a day or two later I registered the camera and lenses on their site as indicated on the box. Both on the box and on a card that came with the kit it stated "by registering you activate your extended service coverage". However, when I look at the registration details it lists "No" after Extended Service Contract
Additionally when I try and register for the Fundamentals of Photography Online Class offered for free as part of the kit and enter my Redemption Code, it says "Code Invalid or Already Used".
I am in the process of resolving this with Nikon hopefully to my satisfaction. Waiting to hear back from them.
