Preparing for the MOP

The MOP as covered in my previous post happens over 2 consecutive Mondays in Oct and is held in the main market place in town.

They set up the stalls overnight Sunday closing down the town centre to traffic and they then sit and wait through the afternoon with the very occasional customer in hope the evening will be busy.

These are some of the photos of patient stall holders as well as a couple who ventured onto the waltzers.

And what did they do before they had phones nice set.

Oh how I remember the chair-o-planes over the crowd! Loved my time at the MOP many, many moons ago when we were in living in Worcester....great subject matter....Jenn
